The bolt pattern is correct at 4 x 108 - what you will have to check is that the wheel is not set up too much like a front wheel drive car - in which case the inner wall of the tire will hit the strut at the front and maybe inner fender at the back.
cause it's 17 inch you'll have no trouble clearing the brakes
the normal 924 has an offset of 20mm on a 6 inch rim so the 40mm offset on the 7 inch rim would bring the rim closer to the front strut by 32.5 mm
Usual story - try before buying - if the tire shop won't let you do that then the chances are they already know they won't really fit. _________________ Remember a Porsche is not just for Christmas,

So what does this mean? I'm assuming you'd need to add spacers ... how big would be sufficient? Also, my car takes lug bolts (72mm version) as opposed to having studs and lug nuts. How do I know if the cup on the head of the bolt is shaped properly for an aftermarket wheel?
I'd consider adding 16x7 4-108's to my 4-bolt setup if I could figure out the right offset and spacer setup. Right now I'm running the 15" 4-bolt spiderwebs. _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

Or is it more than spacers? Any suggestions? _________________ Collin
