I think you have to worry about getting the car to run without problems..

its a really old car and its not going to be running on good condition without maintenance and fixing all the problems.

thats what i think.

you can change the brakes to 5 bolt and get nicer porsche wheels but thats expensive.

depends on which look your going for, to allot of us here , the only way to achieve a "tuned" look, is by actual tuning..

some quickees could be to upgrade your wheels, some four lug mustang wheels will fit with spacers, so you could run cheap five stars (if you have a five lug car your already ahead of the curve.)
tinting the windows and hatch (find someone good for this, the hatch is difficult) always adds a cool factor (litterally and figuratively.) buffit up and make it shiny, and keep it clean. you can also touch up the undercarriage, strut assemblies, and other metal parts or add some "racing" color (like red brake caliper paint.)
inside, add nice seat covers if your seats arent as good as youd like, ones that fit tightly but dont bridge the seams. CLEAN IT, a clean interior always looks better and more sporty..nothing sours the "racecar" effect like dust in the vents and crap in the upholstery seams. you can RIT dye the carpets if need be, just dont try to change colors unless your willing to remove them from the car, and even then its very difficult. Add some stainless steel or billit accents, SECURE pedal covers, and some functional guages that both help you keep tabs on yuor engine, and look cool.
Dont put any decals on for stuff that isnt in the car please, that just ruins the effect... and if you do use decals, use them smartly and with taste.. (thanks in advance)

You could put a stock Sebring stripe kit on it depending on the color of your car.

how does this sound. Some racing pedals, red and black interior ( seat covers and carpet), one of those multi purpose shifter(those ones where it has 4 buttons on it for extra stuff), red shift boot, two tone paint job black on top red on bottom and a red racing stripe the chrome that say porsche 924 redo that to gold, or rechrombed it, get windows tented red, put some sport fog lamps under the front bumper, get a big muffler tip, and put a cherry bomb turbo 2 muffler on it, keep stock rims and paint them gold and put a clear coat on it,

the cherry bomb, and fog lamps i already have.
i feel cool. and do you guys know where i could get a euro side skirt kit.
Oh when i say cheap i mean under 500 or so dollars (paint jobs don't count). but thnx for reading and happy easter!!!!!!!!

a coffee can exhaust tip on a 924 would not only look horrible IMHO, but may also rob engine power, id go with a smaller oval, or monza style dual tips..

Most aftermarket shifter knobs will not work with the 924, the shifter rod is too wide for them (i forget the size) . there are a few out there that will fit though, and some that can be modified to fit.

A good muffler shop can modify your muffler hanger to fit the cherry bomb, just be aware, itll involve cutting and welding and be a 'permanent" modification if done correctly.

I think Mark ( my924gtc on here) has the side skirts you seek, i really like those..pm him for info..

have fun with it, and make it the way you want too, id advise making sure your in good mechanical shape first though, so you can make you wont get stuck with a broken (but nice) car that you cant afford to fix. these are good runners and great daily drivers,as long as their properly maintained. its not hard, but it can cost a few shuckles on occasion, which happens more than wed like, theyre old cars..but so much fun!!

Colored vacume lines, paint the valve cover, and brake calipers. A set of 17 inch rims with extremly low profile tires. Bright neon seat covers, paint the dash the same color as the seat covers. Get the wing from a 747 and attach it to the bumper. FIll the rear hatch area with amps and subwoffers. Aftermarket anodized, and drilled pedles. Some LEDs to light the dash blue. One of those underbody neon kits. Then get a Ford Escort body kit and lots of bondo.

Just kidding I think the cas look better stock. Its not a Japanes car I would clean it up. Window tint is a hughe plus. Maybe a 5 bolt suspension and better rims with bigger tires is all that I would do.

Red tint?

Limo is about as ghetto as I'd get with a 924's windows. My old z car had limo tint on all the rear windows and it looked pretty sweet.
