if I replace my door moldings after the re paint -does any one have a good source for a quality and good looking replacement?

Tweeks has them, so does Performance Products.

Looking at around $300 according to PP's prices.

For 300 dollars I would leave them off. I never put them on the 924 track car and the 931.

I think Diesel posted that JC Whitney has some stock that is an almost identical replacement. Try a search for it.

Actually, I got mine at a bodyshop supply house. They had a display with every type of molding imaginable. Very reasonable when bought by the roll. Don't forget the masking tape!
