Hey Everyone,
I was thinking about a plan for my interior. I have a nice pair of black front seats to replace my ripped up beige front seats. Problem is, if I replace my front seats, the front and back seats will be different colours. So I was thinking of totally ditching the back seats and replacing the carpet with a carpet kit for a 968 Cabriolet from "World Upholstery & Trim". As shown below, you could even add seatbelts to the carpetted area to allow temporary seating if needed (this was a modification made by the owner of this 968 Cabriolet).
This plan would kill a few birds with one stone. It would lighten the car while still keeping it civilized. It would give it a bit of a club sport look. It would get me some nice fresh carpet and un-ripped front seats.
Does anyone see a flaw in my plan? Would the 968 Cabrio carpet fit the rear hump/seating area OK? Anything I am missing?

| It seems like it would work. I think it would look very different but not odd. For for it! |
