The main windscreen washers arent working on the car. I tested the motor with a bypass straight to the battery and it works fine. There is a small amount of power getting through the wiring when you operate the controls, however its just enough to make a test lamp glow. Where will the wiring/relay for it be under the dash?
The car has a second fuse panel not shown in the haynes manual, and one extra fuse which i have yet to work out what it does, looks to have been fitted by probably porsche with the cars previous owners, was there a standard fault that often required an additional fuse?

Along similar lines, when i pull as if to change from dipped headlights to full beam when the headlights are off, the light washer motor operates. Same question as to where i should eb looking for wiring faults.

Anyone have a nice wiring plan, something better than the flow diagrams in the haynes book which im finding impossible to relate to the car.

Thanks for any help you may be able to give.

Dan

Don't know if you've seen it or not, but here's a previous thread about the relays and fuses:
