Hi guys!

I need an information from Italy.
I have a Porsche 924 MY76, green viper (very strange), only 35'000km!
My question is: near the right door, under the objects drawer, I can see two rubber laces.
It seems that they are in this place since the car was build (it is my father's car since 1977), but I cannot understand their function.
Someone tells me that they was used to retain a fire extinguisher, someone tells me that they was used to retain a medical kit.

What's the truth?

Thanks! [/img]

This is an example of rescue kit: someone has idea of its spare part number? Maybe there will be a chance to find it somewhere?

first aid kit : E 928.722.041.02
Strap: 171.860.273
Retaining Plate: 171.860.269

id go with an aftermarket kit though..even if porsche does carry it, chances are its going to be very old stock, had ancient supplies, and still be high $$ .. id bet you could get something that fits better, has more, and spend under $20 including a mounting option of some sort..

I picked up my 911 Targa at the factory and it came with a kit and other items like the triangle orange warning device. Nice kit and never had to use it. It even came with plastic gloves.

Hi Guys, thanks a lot for your informations!

Perhaps I remember that it was possible to have RESCUE KIT or ESTINGUISHER.
Someone could confirm me that info?

Or it was ONLY possible to have a RESCUE KIT?
