probably one of the rubber seals are bad. My rear hatch seal lets in a bit of moisture and the window fugs up. and my sunroof rubber seal is bad too and leaks when it rains alot.
i'm going to order new seals soon but they are really expensive like 80 bucks for the sunroof seal.. _________________ 78 924 sold.

| another possibility is that it comes from the heater radiator inside the dash, check the left side of the passenger footwell for moisture |

My 1977 924 had similar problems, check:
Beneath battery compartment, above fuse box, its a common problem,
window seals on the doors exterior and coresponding drains in doors beneath hinges.
check in engine compartment and clean out any rubbish in the gully beneath the windscreen and ensure the two drain holes are clear.
Wheel wells in boot have drain holes,
Rear hatch seal and the two fittings the catches go into, ensure the drain tubes are not clogged up, they drain into wheel wells in rear.
My removeable roof (1983 924) has a seal and again two drain tubes which run inside the roof lining and down into rear wheel wells.
I know this wont fix it, water inside is a pain, it just highlights some of the areas where you can check and take action.
Good luck

| One additional suggestion I used to clear up a leaking sunroof is to get a can of compressed air, insert it into the *bottom* of the drain tubes for the sunroof (there are four on mine), and make sure they all blow clear to the drain holes in the sunroof channel. |

Proper demisting of the 924 relys on adequate ventilation through the vents at both ends of the doors.
There is a plastic grille at the rear of the doors which mates with a rubber one in the door jamb (when the door is closed) and a plain grille at the front end of the door. Make sure all of these are clear. _________________ 1985 Porsche 924 'Lux', Kalahari Beige (my ex)

I have this problem, too. I have water in both footwells but no visble holes in the driver side hood thingie, could the water be coming through the heater and dripping through the foot vents? I don't have the cover over the fan for some reason so that is why I am suspecting this. _________________ 1987 924S Guards Red
