|
|
I'm just thinking that a collective website for UK owners would be very useful. www.924.org is great but for us UK owners parts information/pricing is a little confusing/useless etc. Perhaps if we all got together in some form UK information could be shared better. If enough PPL were interested I would put together a website.
Some simple questions I would like to ask are:
Where are you (location in the UK)
Whats your opinion of UK based parts dealers/breakers?
Who has bought parts in the UK? What did you think to the quality/service?
Anyone bought GRP panels here? From who? What was the quality like?
Is there a UK based 924/944/968 specific owners club?
Would any of you guys be interested? _________________ 1981 Porsche 924/80 Porsche 931 GT rep |

Thanks Chrenan.
I knew someone must have done it. Oddly enough I know a few of the posters on that e-group! _________________ 1981 Porsche 924/80 Porsche 931 GT rep |

I dunno, i think the collective knowledge on the this board and the fact that it is pretty much a 24/7 place because we're all spread out it a major plus point. When I need UK specific info I just state that in the subject line, always get the answers pretty quick. _________________ Mars Red '78 Euro 924 n/a
