| Does anyone know whether the 924 decal on the boot of a 1984 dark met blue (European spec) model should be metal or a colour transfer? If colour, what colour?! thanks. El Presidente |

I looked on the PET CD, and it indicates that the metal/plastic emblems were used through MY '78, and the decals were used beginning in 1979. Color choices were black or silver, but nothing says what color decal was used with what paint color.

I'm guessing you mean the silver colored decal by "metal"? I remember seeing the silver one on the back of a dark blue 924 before. I think the black one would get lost in the dark color pretty easily.
