I was hoping to get the fuchs or phone wheels for my 924 cus they look much better than the stock wheels of the 924 ( i think 8 spoke wheels). Someone on this site already told me that my rims are 4 bolts and no other porsche wheel will fit. I really didn't want to put aftermarket wheels on my 924 but it looks like i have no other choice. Are there lots of 4 bolt wheels that will fit on my 924? Also does anyone else have aftermarket wheels on their 924 without looking cheesy or ricey , i don't want flashy wheels something too modern looking that looks out of place. Not shure if i will find anything i will like.

15 in 4 bolt spiders fit your car. Someone on this board should have them if you don't.

Sorry I don't but I do have 4 15 in 5 bolt spiders in very good shape for sale.

Rumor has it Mustang wheels fit. Missing a little lip on the center I think.

I had this dilemma and looked at aftermarket 4 bolt rims.

I had a limited budget and to be honest there wasn't much wide/stylish enough around so I took the expensive 5 bolt route and am in the process of upgrading the suspension/brakes and wheels at once.

Look on Ebay. I got a set of 15" BBS rims for 101GBP - fresh from the refinishers too.

There were some original 4 bolt 924T style 'spiders' on there the other day. Ypu often see the 5 spoke Compomotive rims as used for 924 Championship racers quite cheap there too.

i don't really like the spider webs that much either but they are nicer than mine. i realy wanted the cookie cutter style wheels they look much more classic.

I have a full set of 15" 4 lug phone dials I can part with. No center caps, but in very near mint condition. Factory silver finish, only one 1" long scratch on one of the wheels otherwise near perfect. The scratch is actually on lip, so is hardly noticeable. Make offer and figure $60.00 for shipping.

I actually saw a set of 17" wheels at the tire store that resembled phone dials, I thought about looking into them but I don't have the money maybe after college

Anyone know if 13" x 5.5" rims would fit on (give the right size tyres, of course)

If you find caps to work with these wheels let me know. They are not standard diameter. They are just a bit smaller than the 5 lug crested center commonly found everywhere. If memory serves they are 2 5/16" in diameter. Will recheck tomorrow, but regardless of sale I am interested in completing the set.

I have only seen one other set and that was on a car that was being auctioned on eBay. They were hideous looking flat black in color. But yes there are 4 lug phonies out there.

Here are the phonies for your veiwing pleasure. They are officially FS so I will entertain offers.

They are 15x6's with no centers. Shipping within the US will be around 60 bones.

Also have spider webs, 8 spokes and Sebring versions if anyone is interested.
