I think I found my vacuum leak...

When I tee'd my boost gauge into the line runing just after the throttle body on the intake manifold, I wiggled the line loose and the OEM line cracked! It was soo britle that a slight movement would crack it, well I tee'd it in and the gauge is reading 15inHG sometimes and 10inHG others. I want to replace this line, but I don't know exactly where it connects to, and it looks as though its baried in there.
