Where? I can't find an exsisting hole. Where's the best spot to run the power wire. I've searched and can't find anything.
Thanks! _________________ [This Space For Rent] |

I'm not sure what year car you have, but I imagine that you could fish it through the firewall where any harnesses exit through a rubber grommet. On my 924S there was a useless wire that i used to pull the power wire through the main harness exit point behind the speedo, etc. guage. If you don't have one a coat hanger, etc. might help. Hope that helps ... working under the dash can be a PITA! _________________ 1987 924S

Oh, sorry I have an 81 924 turbo. I was looking under the driver side dash and saw a couple holes but they seemed to be sealed up tight to the wire. Is there anyplace behind the center console? _________________ [This Space For Rent] |

flosho, the best place is thos rubber grommets on the driver side, you just need to "squeeze" it in there, and then run through the inside _________________ 3 928s, |

Fully agree with lizard. I have been able to run even a 4gauge cable trhu it. I recomend to apply some vasseline on the cable to facilitate the job. Biggest proble you will have will be to run the cable under the rear lower seat. and alternative is to run it under the side quarter panel. _________________ 1982 924
