Sometimes my car's temp gets almost to the mark above the middle mark which makes me a little uncomfortable. on my 80 N/A it seems like just one of the two cooling fans turns on. Are they set up to come on together or does one come on before the other? I'm just wondering if I have a broken fan, a wiring problem, or if I just haven't looked at the right time to see both fans on.

This is perfectly normal. I believe the fan operation is outlined in the FAQ, but here's the short of it- only one fan comes on (anywhere from the 1/2 gauge mark to the 3/4 mark). If you have the AC switched on, then the 2nd will also kick on with the first. Pretty simple.
