Rattle rattle rattle.
Was it the illusive torque tube bearings?
Was it the water pump?
Was it the A/C compressor bearing?
No it was the stinkin catalytic converter.
Sounds like a couple of rocks in a tin can.
I found a Walker unit, 15026 if I remember right, that looks like it is a fit and for only $43.00 US looks like a good deal.
Has anyone put this on their car?
If not, what is a reasonably priced Cat Conv that will bolt on?
I don't have a welder. _________________ '84 944

A face mask and a large screw driver is all that's necessary to fix this problem.
IIRC a VW rabbit (Golf) used the same one. |
