Oki.Sorry about the bad quality-but they were taken in a hurry.
First up is;
The rubber separator diaphragm.
This is what separates the two halves of the fuel distributor housing.
Second;Lower housing half.
This is where the fuel enters and is divided into the 4 separate chambers.
It is also the home for the system pressure valve;
..adn the spring seen in the photo is where you can shim for added fuel pressure if needed.
4;th then is the upper housing half.
One can clearly see the outlet nozzles where the white coloured low load flapper valves work towards.
..and the whole thing controlling the specific amount of fuel starts with the plunch;
..and the metering rod;

What´s not in that pic is the stainless steel separator membrane. |

Pics are NOT 931 btw but Ford Escort euro.
Pts are however very very similar. |
