Hey Nick it looks great!
Although I thought the "S" designation would only be appropriate on an intercooled car. |

Looks awesome and like you spent a ton of time. I see that you use the same place as a cup holder. I upgraded my door cards as well, I also swiped a pair of 85.5+ 944 door handles the curved oness like in the picture of this s2. One more little project.

Thanks folks! Believe me, she has plenty of imperfections though- far from showroom. I'll get some more pics after I clean her up. The engine just looks like a plain old 931 bay. Nothing nearly as shiny clean as CMXXXI's engine pics (wish I would have bought a parts blaster after seeing those!). I haven't even vacuumed up the interior yet, nor have I put a coat of wax on the now 4-month old paint.
-Phogphire- glad to know someone else makes use of the factory "cupholder" too.
-I knew someone would pick on me for the "S"! I know I took a little liberty with the factory "S" package. But if Porsche can put a big S decal on the hood then I think I should be able to get away with a little one on the trunk!

Weird routing of the hood cable. Usually can't see them. _________________ 1979 Porsche 924 "S"

you mean the hood cable in the middle picture?
mine is like that.. and it's on that side still even though it's a RoW car. _________________ it's funny, but when they said "Anything is Possible", that's exactly what they meant.... |
