I recently got a extra rear seat top complete with luggage curtain. My existing rear seats are in better condition than the replacement but the replacement's luggage curtain, rod and spring are better than what I have. I want to keep my existing rear seat top but would like to replace only the curtain rod and curtain. How the heck does it detach? Anyone know about this? Thanks in advance. _________________ 1982 924 n/a |

| If you are refering to the pull out shade for under the rear hatch, then it is held in with a 3/4" Phillips screw on each side. To the right and left at each end of the Luggage curtain. |

Do yourself a favor and do not attempt to take the ends off. You will mess up the springs on the rollers. Remove the two bolts on either side holding it on. _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"

Ok, I'm not finding the 3/4" phillips to the right and left. All I find are two unremovable rivits on the bottom and one rivit toward the top of each end cap on the luggage curtain rod assembly. This is the case for both existing and replacement. What am I missing here?? _________________ 1982 924 n/a |
