IVe got an idea how about round driven lights installed close to the center on each side of the plate. These woud go in the face of the bumper after a hole was drilled say a 4 inch hole with a 3 1/2 to 4 inch driven light behind it. Thated be the ticket mates. Heres a pic for better
visualization.
