looking to buy a new badge for the bonnet to lift the cars appearance, and rather than pay probably elevated prices from my local official dealer (who never ordered the things I asked for anyway) I thought i'd just get it shipped in from somewhere.
so, what am I likely to pay for it, and where can I get one shipped from?
I also need to get a key blank so I can make a spare ignition key too.. where have you guys got these from?
thanks! _________________ it's funny, but when they said "Anything is Possible", that's exactly what they meant.... |

Performance9 have badges for 55AUD and key blanks for 17.70AUD, seems a good price to me. I was around there the other day, they seem pretty good, only sell 911 parts second hand but have most 924 new parts engine and suspension wise. _________________ Chris |

thanks guys.. performance 9 is now added to my list of people to get stuff from!
there were some wonderful prices on their site though. I think the $700 for the ignition lead set for the Carrera 2 is one of my faves _________________ it's funny, but when they said "Anything is Possible", that's exactly what they meant.... |

If you buy a new one, will you sell your old one? Does anyone know where to find a not-so-good condition one, other than Ebay? I collect emblems from different manufacturers and don't have a Porsche emblem in my collection yet... I can't see paying the price for a new one if it's not going to actually go on a car. _________________ I don't have a Porsche... Yet. |

I have one for you. Consider it a donation to your auto museum. Send me a PM with your address and I'll pop one in the mail. It will be OE so don't expect anything shiney. _________________ MJ
