well, got to drive my car, only to be supprised with something failing on me in the middle of traffic..
getting good spark and quick trun over, so next was gas. full tank and nothing getting to the injectors. so far I have found that the pump is silent ( dead ?) checked the hayns book, says that the relay may have gone out or possibly the fuse.
my question is has anyone run accross this before?? if so, what did you find?
right now, it looks like i will be towing it home and sending out for the new tires that I just purchased. really wanted to take it for a good test drive... oh well, something to look forward to on my next day off..

It is very common, nearly universal, to have fuel pump problems. Yes, might be the relay, might be the pump. Only way to check is to jump the relay. Of course, even with a new relay, it's possible to have bad wiring to that relay keeping it from working; it needs a good tach signal, or it'll shut off (crash safety). _________________ Vaughan Scott
