Has anyone got experience with leaking from the area around the rubbers set in the body at the hatch pin recievers? It's started to rain here alot, for the first time in three years, and my new amp and sub are going to get wrecked if I can't stop the water from coming in.Also i'd like to fix it properly and not with the caulking gun if possible, thanks guys,

There are gaskets in there that can be replaced.

Also, are your drain tubes intact?

You might try tightening the "gromets" for a short fix. Other than that check drainage tubes/ seal and park the car pointed up hill.

Thanks for the feedback guys.I will be ordering new gaskets today.I tried to get them out before but they wouldn't come without tearing so I left them in.The drain tubes are clear and the actual recievers are brand new. Also I try not to drive it in the rain as much as possible, that's what the truck is for.I'll let you know in a week or so if that fixes it.
