Hey, I usually don`t post don`t here, but since I have just picked up an 80 931, I`ll be down here visiting more often.
I just went to the chi-town burbs and picked up the 80 from mustbfaster2.
Nice guy.
Needs alot of work needless to say. Paint has some shine to it, but it is a 2nd rate macco job at best.....and needs some touchup on a few rust spots on the roof of the car......it will look good if the car is moving, and you don`t stand to close while the car is parked and take a good look. 
I have some diagnosing to do in the next few days. It has a couple of dead cyls....2+3 to be exact. I`m hoping it is just a fuel related problem.(it seems to be from tinkering around yesterday with it)
But I will be doing a compression test tonight and crossing my fingers.
Given the history of the car, it sat for quite a while (4 yrs?) before mustbfaster2 bought it. So it needs some attention to say the least.....JP |
