Turbo - In a nutshell, the concensus of the Board is that it isn't worth the time and money. Easier, cheaper, more effective to buy a 931. Check the archives, there are tons of threads on this topic.
A/C - more realistic and "do-able" than the turbo upgrade, but still an involved and expensive proposition. _________________ '79 Eurospec 931 |

YES YOU CAN GO TURBO... ON A BUDGET
You just need skills and knowledge or a wallet that will let you pay someone to do a custom setup for you. |

ive been reading alot about the 924 recently and have decided not to go turbo, and that the model i have is the best for me 77 924, all the other models seem to have problems with things like interference engines, heating seals, and othe costly thing. The regular old 924 is the easiest to maintain and cheapest to repair and a great beginner car into this "924 world." I just wish i had a/c, and maybe power steering. _________________ looking for a great one...... |
