First time for me, I have talked to others who said it was ok.
Sounds like fun, we plan on going down Friday afternoon and staying until Sunday morning. |

Paul, I'm glad you asked that. After sending Tweeks an order for 980 dollars, and now being stuck in perpetual "back order" limbo, I couldn't get my car there even if I wanted. A word of advice to anyone doing bussiness with them, assume that they probably DON'T have it in stock and have no idea when they can get it. I figured that ordering about 3 to 4 weeks before the Porsche fest , and paying extra for faster shipping , would get my parts here in time,.....wrong! I've learned the hard way you must call and ask if each and every item is in stock, and if they say it's being back ordered and will be here next week.....run. This is not the first time this has happened! Quite frankly, Napa, Advance Auto, Auto Zone, Vip, Pep Boys, and almost any local parts supplier are quicker, and want your bussiness much worse. I have dealt with Tweeks in the past, and one back order I waited over a year and finally just insisted on a credit on my next purchase. Poor service!! Their cataloge looks great, prices not bad, and what you can get is good, until you here "thats been back ordered". I here their festival is pretty good and the swap and used parts section is really big. So to answer your question....Not No, but Hell No. _________________ I have a 78 n\a currently under restoration. |

Hmmm...I smell a good road trip. I checked the mapquest and it's only about a seven hour drive from here so I might be able to talk my way into this with the wife. I'm on vacation then.
Welder: You want we should break some legs while we're there? |

Damn, you'd never expect a wait like that from a catolog company that appears so big.
Hey guys, I was thinking about going into the mail order parts business.... any supporters? lol _________________ 81' 931 |

D will you be taking the 924? I tried mapquest and it said 8 hours 13 min! That’s not fair I don’t live an hour and 13 min from you. I have the plumber and electrician scheduled to work that Saturday but maybe I should abandon them and go. Let me know if you’re going for sure. It may be time to take the 931 on a road trip. _________________ 1980 931

| Still doing the begging thing here. If I do go, I don't think I'll take the 924. Probably the Tahoe so I can haul parts back if I find some. |

Or I can drive the 986 and the better half can drive the 924S, then you can drive the S in the Parade. |
