Can I get an explanation on how to get my msd6 to work in 1

1979 924 and it has a soft touch rev control and blaster 2 coil.Ive set it up as best as I can with the instructions.A guy at there phone number (help line) told me to take out the transisterized ignition box Im thinking this isnt right.The coil works great .So how about some help where does the white wire really go ( how is it hooked to the distributer) and the orange and black I know go to the coil and the little red wire goes to 12 volt switched source and the 2 big ones to the battery. One more thing I know I can use the msd wires and accell 8.8 super wires but can i use the 8mm accel super stock
wires or borg warner
super mag core. I s it not running because Im using stock bosch 7 mm wires? Do I need the tach adapter just to get it to run?
