In the never ending quest to improve the (already pretty damm good) handling of my 931, I am still looking at the bump-steer problem. Yes, I've got all the usual improvements (18mm rear anti roll bar, 23mm front, adjustable gas dampers, full alignment), and its all given a worthy improvement. But its not useable on usual UK quality road surface, the bump steer effect throws the car way out of line in the middle of a corner - it's quite scary.
I found this part in the 924 Tech Section in the 'stering' section about making a Bump steer kit. This has the effect of - I quote
"HUGE improvements in turn-in and mid-corner balance." - Sounds like what I need !
Has anyone tried this ?? , do you have any pictures - photo's or diagrams ??
