It's pretty interesting, transaxle vs rear engine, NA vs turbo. But similar era.

Cedric had the better laptime of us that day! 43.66 to mine 44.59, almost 1 second.

You know, it was my first time at that layout, my car really doesn't like going into 3rd and smaller tires (brand new though), ancient suspension...
Excuses are endless!

But I think I broke something in the rear suspension. I have a horrible creaking on the right hand side now. Haven't had the time to check it yet.

Lots of fun either way!

This will get a separate post, but Im doing a little fun project with some calipers I bought cheaply on black friday, one of the very few calipers with the same hydraulic area as the std ones, which i need since i used front calipers with the same area as std. Didnt intent on changing the rears, im very happy with the brakes at the moment, but its fun to make adapters, so I did it anyway

Some photos from this winter, other than the wilwood rears. Found a cracked seat mount that needed welding, also fit a new OMP dual locking seat rail which fixed the very annoying slop of the original one, so much better.

Had a track day aswell to try everything out, hopefully some video coming out aswell. really fun to hammer it again, its really when the car really shines Im still adjusting to the brakes, the high friction pads I chose and stiffer calipers do take some adjusting to not lock up everywhere. After so many years it takes a while to readjust, but in the end of the day it started to work out really well, when i let them warm up before going hard, the bite and feel is very very good now! (DS3.12 front and EBC RP-X back). The GAZ golds are also working really well, very comfy for the road driving, and good control on track. Will put on my stiffer springs sometime, it needs it

Everything held up great, bolt got loose to the right camber adjustment which made camber very dymanic as seen on the videos afterwards (and on the pics below), Im going back to factory bolt there, have those on the left and they hold up just fine, much better designed.

3d Printed seal between IC and rad

Adjusted spacers in the rear, this might almost work

Erik and his supercharged 924 joined aswell
