Sounds good, I'll track down the calipers and measure it in its crusty form, do some googling, and report back _________________ Just trying my best to figure this out without total failure

Alrighty, after doing my measuring I realized I definitely measured wrong when looking at the linked connectors measurements.
However, the measurements I did get are 14mm long and 4mm wide at the crimp. Using the .81mm as a reference, is that the width of the individual crimps?
In other news, I started preparing to fight the rats nest and opened a nightmare of a half-assed hack job underneath the ash tray. I was also able to back pull some of the wires and whatever was fed thru the firewall near the battery went up to my "racecar" buttons. One wire is still connected to something at the front of the center console, one wire is burnt to an absolute crisp and I will need to figure out what that used to be, and one wire was fed up thru the dash and up the A pillar so now I gotta rip apart all of that to figure out where it leads. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1sk2YTyxj8cVog-CMLImnhYeHg35HtCIJ?usp=sharing _________________ Just trying my best to figure this out without total failure

update: the A pillar wire ran all the way to the trunk for something that has been since cut off. We also fixed the random wire that was ran across for the headlights. Corrosion got into the connectors and into the wire at a break so they just ran power over from the passenger headlight to the driver side. However, I am still hooked up to a switch for the headlights on block 7. Does anyone happen to know the part number for the relay for the highbeams (block 8 )?
I am wanting to (hopefully) plug in the highbeam relay and unplug the headlight switch to see if I have functional headlights or if I'm going to have to go wire hunting whenever I drop the fuse and relay panel to eventually redo all of the connections _________________ Just trying my best to figure this out without total failure

Oh dear - that sounds like a recipe for a melted headlight switch!!! All the power for the bulbs goes through the switch. I'd correct that straight up. _________________ Vaughan Scott

Yeahhhhhhh that's the plan. I did find some mystery relays in the box of parts from the previous owner. I know this is a long shot, but any chance anyone knows what these could go to? I think the big boy is for block 7 if I can line up the connectors properly, but what does the plug bridge even do??

The high/low relay shows as 111 941 583 on the PET (they're all on illustration 903-00, page # 321 in my PDF version).
That looks like the one with the goofy metal plate on top in your pic:

Pelican actually has a pretty good search and locate function to show all the relays too, if you punch in your car info... for example...
