First Post,
Hoping to get a little feedback from others. Little history on car. Obtained the car years ago with bad head, removed the head took it to a shop had it resurfaced and gone thru.
Reinstalled the new gasket set and followed Porsche 924 Turbo work shop manual for reference.
Of coarse New oil, filters were also changed. Along with new timing belt and serpentine belt.
Reference book to timing install, spark wires were old one was noticeable damage, replaced with STI wires and new Plugs
Car has Fuel leak to Cold start, Reman the older dry lines.
All vacuum hoses have been inspected and replaced if any damage was seen.
At this point the car has been on hold as a project. Just life. Car is now in my New space and has our Focus back on the 931.
As of now. We have spark, the injectors were pulled and ultrasonic cleaned. Did do a jar test but no pressure test. All appeared to.put same volume with now drips following.
Car Cranks over. Had one Pop, then just turns over, pulled plugs all are wet, have done this 3 times same result. Timing? Off with fuel?
Not sure what direction to go feels like open ends, and then questions of doubt in my mind with the headjob, timing, etc.
What I will be doing next is a bar pressure test on the injectors 2.7-3.8
Any thoughts of the direction I should be working towards or anything I may have overlooked and may need to go back and access.
Thank you any input is appreciated.
Tember

Welcome back! Good to see you were able to unlock your account.
Key point missing in your info: what year is the 931? S1 vs. S2 can lead to very different possibilities if talking about the ignition system.
That said - an easy obvious test is to pull a plug wire, stick a plug in there, and crank and see if you're getting a spark.
Not sure if you've already considered, nor how much you've been cranking without starting, but keep in mind that a lot of that can end up washing gas down the cylinder walls, diluting the oil in the sump. So once you get that figured you may decide you need/want to change the oil, so as to clear that out... _________________ Vaughan Scott

Maybe the mixture is way off...if the mixture is off and the car sat for a long time it will be very difficult to start it.
I would adjust for less fuel and try to use a start-up spray to get it firing a bit..this may help the engine spring back into life. _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits
