All tyres are different, one 195 can be much wider than other 195s for example. I use 195 on my 7" fuchs, i like the fitment, it looks a bit old school _________________ 1980 924 Turbo

| Yeah, I’m thinking 205/60r15 at this point. I’ll probably end up with a performance-oriented all season tire, so I don’t have to worry too much about temperature. Tire Rack is thin on selection in this size, so I was homing in on Yokohama Avids. |

Looks like I will need 20mm spacers (or 25mm to be safe). Can anyone suggest a vendor, especially in the US?
I've found several with m12 bolts and many that have undefined center bores (I can use either 57.1 or 63.4mm with the hubcentric ring I have), but none with M14 bolt and suitable bores. |

|
|
For anyone else looking for four-bolt spacers, I am having https://www.motorsport-tech.com custom build a set for me. They were great in the order/spec process. They're machining to my preferred thickness and changing the center bore (from stock 57 to 53.4mm). The price and timing seem really reasonable too.
It will still be a few weeks before they new wheels are mounted though. |

I’m excited to see..
Your probably going to have the best 4 lug wheels on any 924..
It’ll be worth it, and they will hold value.. _________________ 80 Turbo - Slightly Modified |

Looks great, it would be even better with a slight lowering of the ride height though _________________ 1980 924 Turbo

Thanks, guys. The rears really fill out the wheel well—reminiscent of a fat-tired 928. I’m not totally happy with how far the fronts stick out (second picture). The body really tapers up front and leaves the wheels far out there. Changing the scrub radius lightens up the steering feel, and I’m interested in getting it out for a longer drive to be sure I didn’t wreck the handling.
I have a rally coming up in a few days, and I hope to polish the car and get some better photos soon. Thanks for all the input!

As i said, you can dial in a bit of negative camber for the fronts, you can even run a narrower tire for the front but it wont be easy to match the looks and height of the rears. _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits
