Our local dealer listed P/N 911.356.543.01 and P/N 477.611.767.B as NLA parts. Is there any substitute?
Also found mysterious inconsistency. Some cars with fuel lines untouched from the factory have only one clip at every point, but my car has pairs of them in some places. And PET also depicts it as one for a mounting point:

Try the later piece. It's a rubber carrier held in place by a stamped bracket and plastic screw. Works on the same little threaded mounting points, and is a more elegant solution.
999 591 975 40 - Rubber
999 511 199 40 - Bracket and fastener
Looks like the latter part is now plastic instead of stamped pot metal like it is on my turbo.

On my S1 I have metal stripes, not threaded points. Unfortunately...

For now I'm designing a later-style brake line clip with earlier-style fixing, but still in search of the reliable geometry:
A replica of fuel line clip is not that complicated:

On my 2.5 turbo conversion I solved this with small riv-nuts and stainless machine screws (for locations on the 924 that didn't have the threaded mounting points). Worked pretty good.

By small I'm sure Rasta meant for you, no bigger than 3 or 4mm. I would get to aluminum ones as I did many 8-32 steel ones on my car and without the proper(somewhat expensive) tool they get rather hard to pull.

Indeed. Stainless screw is similar in diameter to the welded on studs, that way it goes through the plastic mounting nut.
