Ebay Turbo kit, engine internals modified, aftermarket ecu, 100% handmade exhaust, rollcage, seat mods, driver cockpit relocate, paint, brakes, balleron a budget headlights, v-mount rad, fuel cap relocate, sunroof delete... is there anything else I'm missing? probably. Its been 2.5 years of hell and it's not over yet!

Vacuum manifold.
External Wastegate vent tube. Will need to plumb controller line to assist in regulation. In my education (since this whole car has been my teacher) I have come to believe something that I never hear people talk about. So mavbe it's wrong, but I don't think so. The wastegate is probably as much to blame for destroying engines that people modify or convert to turbo from NA. Think about it: the turbo spins up by exhaust gases and the job of the internal or external wastegate is to release those exhaust gases at a pre-determined pressure. So for example if you don't want to run more than 10 psi for boost (which is my situation) than I want the exhaust gasses to blow towards the asphalt as I scream down the road at 10 psi intake / boost pressure. The job of the manual or electronic controller is to use air or vacuum (I think vacuum but can't remember) to assist the spring in the waste gate. But here is the *important* and perhaps overlooked aspect: If your wastegate's spring is rated for 25psi then you will build 25 pounds of boost in your intake manifold. And your controller can't reduce the psi, it can only add spring pressure. So this is why I opened up this wastegate & removed the stronger of the 2 springs.
Car wouldn't crank or hold a charge. This one from WalMart fits perfectly.
