My car is getting fuel, air, and proper compression
I know all that
She dies immediately after she starts. With my foot on the accelerator and off
How do I test the spark after ignition? Or could she be getting flooded?

Do you have an inductive timing light?

Here's one that gets some pretty good reviews

https://smile.amazon.com/Actron-CP7527-Inductive-Timing-Light/dp/B000BSY9J4/

See that silver clip? You can clamp that over the Coil to distributor wire or one of the 4 spark plug wires and the timing light will flash with each discharge.

There are probably other things you can do like this (https://smile.amazon.com/Lisle-20610-Inline-Spark-Tester/dp/B0002STSC6/) but eventually you might need a timing light for your tune up.

Their is a cold start valve in the intake manifold which squirts a bit of fuel in to enrichen the starting mixture. This may be the only part of your fuel system that is working and would explain your symptoms. Pull all 4 injectors and lift the plate in the fuel distributor to ensure fuel is coming out.
I doubt the ignition would be responsible for what you describe

So I did that.. All injectors spray but not perfect mist... A little better though. I did notice that the MAF needed to be brought up 2 cm to spray though. Maybe a little over exaggerated but it was abnormally high I feel. Do I need to readjust the MAF or new injectors?

Was the fuel pump running when you tested the injectors?

Dumb me... I used a thicker O ring that makes an air tight seal between the MAF and fuel distributor. It pushed it up 1/3+ of a cm so im not getting any fuel whilst at low RPMS
Im gonna put in my new injectors before I try to start her again... But after that I can only think of the cold start valve or the warm up regulator to cause my non starting issue.

A good starter setting for the AFM screw is go rich just until the injectors spray with the plate at rest and then back lean just until they quit spraying, with the fuel pump jumped ofcourse, injectors in bottles helps..

That should get you started and then adjust from there..

Yeah that was the plan.. Just got to get everything in order first before I start to calibrate and such.
