To be honest with you; your chances to have one next spring are slim to none.
I do this as a hobby in my not heated garage, so I don’t do any during the cold season (I live in Canada) and don’t make them every years. It’s all base on my spare time availability.
I still have kit available in the batch I’m currently working on or you can wait for the next batch, in a year or 2.

Any idea roughly? I'm not in a rush but I like your kit. Or even just the covers. I have no problem making the rest. Just not sure how to do the lenses.

No idea, sorry.
You might want to consider buying covers with uncut buckets. I'm currently working to finish a batch (almost done) and will have few full set and 1 covers and buckets set available shortly.
My headlight design is unique as the bucket interlock inside the cover. A covers and buckets kit comes with the installation hardware. It is then up to you to cut the buckets to your requirements and install the light type you want.
