1. Does anyone have a bolt torque specification for ARP connecting rod bolts? We do not have a stretch gage available. The machinist is experienced with other ARP apps.

2. I have an Audi transmission that basically has not been used for 15 years. I think I need to flush it out. Any suggestions? My thought is to drain it and after removing from car refill it with some much lighter oil. Then turn the input maybe 100 times, drain again and refill with good GL5 oil.

Installation torque: 65 ft-lbs with ARP Ultra-Torque lubricant used

Thanks Dan.

My current idea for the tranny is to mix up some fairly light oil and some diesel fuel, then turn the input shaft about 100 times to get everything wet, then drain and refill with some cheap tranny oil do the same then drain and refill with some redline. I'll be talking to a couple of experienced folks on this also.

Seems like a reasonable approach to me.
