starter bushing?

Looks like part #21 is MIA


maybe it exploded and bits are jamming the flywheel causing my engine seize condition?

Doubt that little part, probably a brass bushing, would seize up a motor. Might as well pull the intake manifold and inspect the valves. Or the exhaust manifold. Or the head. I have a spare head, from an '88 924S, in good shape if yer interested. It's apart, have a set of valve guide seals to go with it. Valves are in bags, and marked. Head should be brought in for inspection and cleaning though. 150 bucks plus freight.
