Yes the single line wear mark you can see on the middle of the belt. I assume it wasn't there when fitted, but I may replace it ne way.

Hi Stefan, do you need a special tensioner pulley wrench to tighten the belt. Mine looks like yours with the two holes as opposed to a tension "nut" shown in the Haynes manual?!

Yup.

There's a "Pin spanner" that fits in there. Its a fairly standard VW/Audi tool.

If you can't get one, you can use a pair of 90 degree circlip pliers in a pinch.

2 nails inserted in the holes and a screw driver wedged between them works in a pinch.
