So megasquirt can't accept a direct connection from a wideband sensor? Or is this so you can run analog and not have a gauge??

Depends on which version of MS you're using and which code as well. Most of the early models require a controller to condition the signal and provide power for the heating element and allow for altering the second output for narrow band emulation.

that's a bummer... for the average DIY guy you'd think they'd include data logging a/f as a minimum specification...

Ms1/Ms2 understands narrow band just fine. So the code has to be updated to understand wide band. Plus the MSnExtra code provides many other features as well.

Ms3 understands it out of the box I believe.

Either way, I'd pony up for TunerStudio software to datalog and auto-learn for the fuel tables.

im running ms2 3.57 from diyautotune...... just havent plugged this in yet
