Looks like the Hispano-allemano.
It and this car are rebodied 914's.

Interesting. It looks very close to the rebodied 914s of the 70's. Even the tailights are the same.

Some things should just be forgotten. That "thing" is one of them. No real historic value as this wasn't Porsche sanctioned. No more the a home brewed concoction with some apparent racing intentions.
