I think you are mistaken.

I offer a PAIR of 4-lug rotors (477405583B) for $96. You want to see crazy markup? Check Pelican.

Anyone is free to buy cheap-a$$ Chinese parts from Rock Auto or other generalists, but if you scroll through their parts list, you'll see that they offer a SINGLE rotor for $106. And half the time, those resellers can't actually get the parts they list on their site. Do you have any idea how hard it is to stay on top of a constantly growing list of NLA parts?!

I work very hard to keep my prices reasonable. I'm not going to get into a discussion about what I pay, margins, or markup. But I will say that I do not try to compete on price with a generalist like Rock Auto or AutohausAZ. I'm ONE GUY with a fleet of my own to maintain and not enough time on my hands. I do the best I can to offer free advice, expert knowledge of the 924, and fair prices (for you AND for me).

If $96 for a PAIR of rotors is too rich for your budget, you might have chosen the wrong car.

Save your pennies for a 5 lug setup. $200 max.

Cheaper to maintain and better performance.

Then after that, save for some brembo calipers and turbo spindles for the extra bling.

I feel I must comment here based on experience.

I bought the Sten Parner lifters direct from Sten and going by the prices on Ideola's Garage I'd say they're more than reasonable. If you're in the U.S. Dan's price would work out cheaper for you as there's hardly any difference from going direct to manufacturer - can't say fairer than that.

I also have to say that $515 for a complete fit and forget big valve kit for a Porsche Turbo is a bargain.

Regarding rotors, $96 is reasonable for a pair. Be wary of cheap rotors - there's a lot of sh1t out there, only worth weighing in or lobbing on the back of the rag and bone wagon. You get what you pay for.

Almost without exception, the OEM service items that I resell are OEM supplier grade equipment. The brake rotors are typically Zimmerman, although occassionally I can get Brembo rotors on the five lug stuff. The other OEM replacement items tend to be suppliers like Victor-Reinz, Goetz, Febi, FAG, Beru, Bosch, etc. I won't even bother with the cheap crap. It's not worth the hassle or the customer backlash to offer the cheaper alternatives.

REAR: Caliper carriers, handbrake cables and hardware, calipers, pads, rotors, hard hydraulic lines.

Wheels, tires.

Donor should be a 924 or 944/1.

Also, 77 master cylinder will not work.
