Cooling fan relay and fuse location for 1982 931?

I see conflicting info from different sources.

Relay - number 1 (top left corner) vs number 3?

Fuses - number 3 (additional fuse board) and number 5?

If someone could point me to the correct location I'd appreciate it. Also, where is the resistor for ignition-off low speed operation of left side fan is supposed to be?

I will answer my own question.

Different sources claim different locations for the relay because the relay box and fuse box vary by year. The info below only applies to 1981 and 1982.

Top left (#1) relay is the cooling fan relay (for 81 and up).

The cooling fan fuse is #3 (counting from left), 16 amp on the additional fuse panel that holds 9 fuses.
