Replaced the timing belt as the tensioner and belt were on their way out. I over tightened it, so I changed it when it started making noise and paid more attention to the tension this time. While I was there I installed my Franco Timing Gear, made a nice difference in the low end torque right where I needed it due to the large (45mm) throttle bodies.

The fuel map is getting closer, next is to work on the acceleration enrichment so that it won't fall on its face quite so bad on throttle application _________________ Stefan

Should take the day to do it right. A little ahead of schedule, but hey, who cares its the Porsche. _________________ Cheers;

Got round to lubricating the regulator for the passenger window, makes a hell of a differance Corse I should have done it when I had all the trim off to fit a new lock drop link a couple of months ago like I did on the drivers side _________________ 1983 N/A

Yesterday took the wastegate out and sure enough the pulse separating plate was contacting wastegate valve so it was open at least 1 mm all the time.
Going to fabricate copper gasket for wastegate so that clearance is good. After that, WOT time!

I'm trying to WIN a free place in race here in Poland for my 931...
But unfortunatelly I need @$!Q@$ many votes
Becouse I love 924's... and even more than 911 (someone will kill me probably?)...
I need some help with putting my car and me on top of the list and anyone can help me a little with that (it takes about 2min)
Voting site is here (with photos and some description of my car and me - Polish language if someone want's to translate it):
http://www.motofakty.pl/plebiscyt/8/moja-wielka-pasja-tanie-porsche/
It needs to be voted by facebook...
Click on "GŁOSUJ UŻYWAJĄC FACEBOOKA" (Vote using facebook) than "Zaloguj się przez Facebook" (login to facebook) and after that click again on "GŁOSUJ UŻYWAJĄC FACEBOOKA" and then "GŁOSUJ ZA" (Vote) and that's all +5 votes for my beloved car...
Oh... and one more thing... one person can vote just once per day and only 6 days left to the end (Right now I'm on 5'th place)
Other cars and drivers... and time to the end of voting.
http://www.motofakty.pl/plebiscyt/glosowanie/motopasje.html
Thanks for any support (and sorry but now I'll put this ad everywhere where I can to get more people support) _________________ 931 82' - 5000km after full engine rebuild
