This is my 1978 924 Limited Edition with the grey paint, black and silver pinstripes and pasha seats. I bought it from the original owner last summer. It has 18,000 original miles on it, and yes the hoses, belts, plugs, wires, filter were change.

The only problem with it is it idles at 2000 rpm when it warms up. It has been too cold lately for me to investigate. I have been told to check the vacuum lines.

Yes. Also check for cracks in the plastic and rubber plenums that connect the air flow meter to the throttle body. Basically, any of the rubber components that carry air.
