You need the larger nozzle area Series 1 Turbine housing.

S1 6.10 turbine housing part number is 5326 100 6328

Also be sure to get the later 951 Turbo fitted to the 250hp version, the one with the #8 Turbine housing, then swap the #8 for the above-mentioned #6.

So...if you guys are also fooling around with 951 turbos, can you please enlighten me on what the threaded ports on the intermediate are for: one on the left hand side and two on the right.
I believe two are for oil....but which two...and which is input/output, and what is the third port for?
All appear to be the same size, around 16mm with 1.5mm pitch?

The two 944 hotsides are gone in the old steel bin, they are of no use for the 924 guys right ?

Yes, but I would use the 951S #8 hotside for other purpose.

Those are for the water cooling circuit. I'm not positive which is inlet vs. outlet, but you can see from the pix in this thread that on the side with two ports, one of them should be plugged.

Ah thank you again Mr. Beckett!!!!
I just can't believe it's FOUR years ago that you organised Majestic to build me that hybrid turbo, and it took me another three to get the whole kit and kaboodle installed (prematurely it would seem).
I had completely forgotten about those posts!

If I had to take a guess then I would think the single port on the one side would be the inlet (as best as I can figure from the 951 PET), and the top of the two on the other side is the outlet.
Again having a guess, I would think that inlet/outlet orientation is probably not critical (I don't recall seeing any particular directional vanes inside).
Now to confirm size and thread pitch; and I might finally get it all together. Might try a post in 'general discussion' to reach out to any 951 owners for a piccie or two of the 951 installation.
Email sent.
