hi folks,

later this year I'm going to convert my 924 to electronic injection and ignition via megasquirt, i know its a big project, but I'm up for the challenge,
I've started to get all the equipment to do it, so heres a list of what I've got so far, please let me know if you think i need anything else.

megasquirt 2

megasim

relay board

lots of wire

IAT sensor

CLT sensor

TPS

wide band oxy sensor and controller

fuel rail

fuel line

fuel pressure regulator

injectors

injector bungs

EDIS4 module

EDIS4 coil

trigger wheel (made by a well known aero-engineering firm )

VR sensor

I've got a few questions which need answering...

for the fuel rail, what distance are between the injectors?
where is the best place for the MAP sensor pick up from the megasquirt?

cheers, Martin

Did you order the MSII with the intention of using EDIS? I heard that you have to tell them that, then they modify the board. Not a plug and play. So I've heard.

from what I gathered, a new kit should handle EDIS out of the box. at least that's what the site says.

injector spacing for the fuel rail is 95mm center-to-center.

They are from...

VOLVO 850 2.0/2.5 1991/06 - 1996/12

205cc @ 3 bar fuel pressure
These are high impedance injectors

Bosch Part Number 0 280 150 779
Volvo Part Number 3507422
