I just watched it again over two years, great movie, funny and a bit sad at the same time.
Here's the trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aL-7C0c92f8
It's about a young guy who steals a Porsche 911 S in 1979 and drives it "like he stoled it"
Has anyone else seen this?
EDIT: Apparently here's a full movie in Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pGZbl3q5q3Q&NR=1 _________________ '83 924 2.6 16v Turbo, 470hp

its funny you posted this. A friend of mine from Croatia once told me the story about the belgrade phantom when she found out I liked Porsches so much. It's interesting it took them so long to catch him. _________________ 1978 924 NA

Yeah, it's an interesting film all right, and it took them ages to finish it.
I've never even heard of the phantom until the film appeared.
Must've been one helluva ride. _________________ 1984 924 2.0 NA |

There are English subtitles available in the Internet. You would have to get the movie from the torrent or the like though in that case. _________________ '83 924 2.6 16v Turbo, 470hp

Any Aussies remember ever seeing "Freedom"?
Low budget Aussie movie with what sounds like a similar storyline. Young guy steals a 911 from a cock at the dole shop, picks up a hot blonde and then drives it like he stole it. Sad when the Porsche dies.
