I want to lower my 1979 931, but i don't know how...
Could someone write a 'How to' on the subject?

Try searching. The info you seek is here.

To get you started on your search: the rear is adjustable to a limited extent. If that doesn't get it low enough, you can reindex your torsion bars. The fronts will require different springs or a coilover kit.
