|

The road trip to return the 937 from Orlando to Plymouth MI begins this Thursday
Have a Beer
I'd love to meet as many people as possible along the route, so if you're within a reasonable drive of our itinerary, send me a PM. We'll be having a get together for sure in the Rockville MD area on Sunday evening. The other nights are all relatively open so far. Send me PMs with your locale and let's meet up for a beverage or meal!
Lend a Hand
Anyone who would be willing to be on standby road service / tool & garage loaner duty, please send me a PM with your locale and phone number. The car is insured via Hagerty, so I do have a good road service policy, but it would be some additional peace of mind to know where nearby help is if necessary. Thanks in advance!

Hey, do you live near Detroit?
This summer a friend (mate) and I drive from Minneapolis, to Moline, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Boston, Cape Cod to New York.
That is in the same area.
We expect to be in Detroit around 14 of 15 august. What do we need to do/see in your area? |

Yes I do! There's a small contingent of us here in Detroit, so we should definitely plan a get-together when you're here. Send me a PM with your email address, I'll give you some travel tips for around here too! _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

On standby here for Florida/Georgia, and watch out for the Man around here, they have a thing for shiny red cars...and black ones, for that matter. _________________ I got nothin'

Looks like you'll be in Charlotte around 10am on Saturday, maybe we could meet up somewhere? I wouldn't mind hitting the Parkway myself. _________________ '84 944 -White, Brown interior

Ben Franklin Dan man, how many miles is that. I see your not afraid to put some miles on it.
Should be a blast I understand why your not
trailer queening it. Following in the true spirit of a sports car guy. Have fun. _________________ 1979 porsche 924 Na

Oh, dear... it's after dinner and ideola hasn't checked in. Please, do call when you get to Orlando (after you fetch your luggage, of course, but before you catch a taxi would be nice) and let us know you arrived safe and sound...
