Would something like that be good for a car running webers and close to 10:1 compression?

Not sure it will fit an NA.

6.5K limit Porsche #931.602.904.00 (Bosch PN 1.234.332.205)

I'm thinking even a US NA with a CAT has rev limiting built into the fuel pump relay.
