Turbo-Uli, i didnt know you read this forum.
what about the intake manifold on your engine? what is it? can you explain a bit how you made it? my next project on my 924 is to make a manifold just like that to facilitate the(side to side) front mounted intercooler.
I am searching for the best solution to make such a manifold.
thankyou in advance. _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits

max. Boost : 1,7 bar

280 DIN ( german -bigfoot ) HP....

Why did you build an engine like that? Low compresion, wild cam and huge boost But only 280hp with 1,7bar? Must be a dog below 4000rpm and difficult when the boost hits you HARD. _________________ Carl Fredrik Torkildsen

depends on what specs the cam is @ lift, this could easily be advertised duration.
My old car was running a cam at 274 ( but the IN EXH specs put it between a stage 1 and 2 profile). This kind of profile really opens up the top end but makes things sloppy below 3000RPM. When I added the SC this changed everything, and so I would be assuming that in this engine the low end power would be very dependent on how quickly the turbo can spool up and how much traction you can get in the back and driving style.

Yes, the front should have the text "Carrera GT" in mirrorscript just like the old BMW 2002 turbo. Forbidden in several countries for being provocative _________________ Carl Fredrik Torkildsen
